Exhibitions

The Society organises exhibitions in a variety of places in and around the Forest of Dean each year.

All members of the Society can enter work, according to our rules, which are available here: Exhibition Rules

A prize, the Handel Protheroe Memorial Trophy, is awarded annually for the best entry to one nominated exhibition.

Our programme for the rest of 2011 includes:

• an exhibition at Gallery Artico, Church Street, Monmouth, from Monday 1st August to Saturday 13th August.
  This is also the time of the Monmouth Festival and the exhibition will be open Monday to Saturday each week.

• an open exhibition on the weekend of 20th/21st August at the West Dean Centre in Bream to coincide with the Bream Flower Show.
  The exhibition will be open from 2.30 to 4.30 pm on Friday 19th, and from 10.30 am to 4.30 pm on Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st.

• Our Handel Protheroe Memorial Trophy Exhibition this year will be at the Bridges Community Centre, Monmouth from 2nd to 29th October.
  Opening hours will be 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday, 10.00 am to 4.00 pm on Saturdays, closed on Sunday.
